Merchandise may not be returned without the prior approval of NITECORE Flashlights USA. Please contact customer service with any inquiries you have on products that were shipped in error or are found to be defective in workmanship and quality.

For any returns:

Please email us at support@nitecorelighting.com within 15 days or order delivery for the return authorization and the goods need to be returned within the next 15 days. Please pay attention to the following details when you send back the return:

. Please review contents of the order after receiving. If there are any issues/damage(s) to your order, please contact us immediately for quick resolution.

. Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped.

. Any item that have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return.

. For returns with promotion code or discounts, the refunded price will be adjusted according to the discounted given.

. If the items utilized our free shipping option, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless waived by our customer service agent.
